Together, they started turning career uncertainty into practical steps.
Those experiences shaped this Working Library and a shared purpose: Pay it forward and make the next creative’s path less lonely and less confusing.
How five graduates started Fast Forward They were facing the same questions: where to focus, how to find opportunities, and how to keep their creative career going when they felt stalled. So they formed a weekly accountability and peer group with an “old-guy” C-suite executive coach and got to work together. The career challenges they worked through shaped these guides and other tools in this library. A small echo of another beginning... Textbook royalties helped launch their school. There’s something truly meaningful about five of its graduates now helping build another source of creative support through these books. We’re starting with something people can use today, and using those sales to help build what comes next.
